Emery has nearly 30 years of technical, clinical, and managerial experience in the Green Bay, WI area. Emery is native to Northeast Wisconsin and started his career as a technician in 1985 with Tyo & Tyo LTD. He is a US Army Combat Veteran and was deployed to Operation Desert Storm & Operation Provide Comfort in 1991. After a six month deployment, he returned to his technician role, later starting school to become ABC certified in Orthotics. Emery worked part-time as a staff orthotist while putting himself through college and in 1998 graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration. In 2000, Emery was certified in Orthotics by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC). While in school, the company was acquired by Rehab Designs of America where he was the Area Clinic Manager for Green Bay, Manitowoc & Sheboygan. In 2004, this company was acquired by Hanger, Inc. where he was the Clinic Manager until his departure in late 2014. Emery joined Align Clinic January 2015 and enjoys the new challenges. Emery enjoys upland bird and deer hunting, fishing, trap shooting, camping and spending quality family time with his three children.

1987 ~ Graduated from Green Bay West High and immediately entered the US Army as a Light Wheel Mechanic

1989-1995 ~ Active member of the 432nd Civil Affairs Battalion in Green Bay, WI
1989-1990 ~ Orthotic technician at The Brace Centers, Ltd.
1991 ~ Activated for Operation Desert Shield / Storm Saudi Arabia / Kuwait and Operation Provide Comfort in Northern Iraq until June 1991.
1991-1997 ~ Staff Orthotist at The Brace Centers Ltd:
1992 - 1994 ~ Associated Degree in Business Administration from NWTC Green Bay,
1995 ~ Certified from the Board of Certification (BOC) in Orthotics.
1995 -1996 ~ graduated from the Orthotic Practitioner program at Century College in White Bear Lake, MN.
1997 - 2004 ~ Area Practice Manager for Rehab Designs of American
2004 - 2014 ~ Clinic Manager for Hanger Inc: During this time he was among the leading orthotic practitioners in the Midwest Market and received numerous awards for growth & performance.
2015 - present ~ Manager for the Green Bay office
Throughout his career he has treated a wide range of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics with numerous conditions. He has special interest in and Scoliosis using the WCR (Wood Cheneau Rigo) brace and other various techniques, Cranial Remolding Orthoses for Deformation Plagiocephaly, Functional Electronic Stimulation using the Walk Aide and Stance Control devices for paraplegics. He joined Align Clinic on January 5, 2015 and looks forward to the challenging role of expanding the company's presence in the Midwest!
