Marsha has been with Align Clinic since March of 2021 as the office administrator of the insurance and billing department. She has over 20 years experience in medical customer service, billing, insurance and collections. Marsha gladly checks benefits prior to services and obtains authorizations as needed. She also sends the claims off to the insurance and follows up on claims, sending appeals if needed. She has a friendly and helpful attitude, always wanting to be sure patients understand their insurance and their cost prior to getting an orthotic device. She has a lot of knowledge on how to handle insurance companies and a lot of experience helping customers, and greatly enjoys interacting with the Align clinic customers. She will gladly say working at Align clinic has been her most rewarding job yet.
Marsha is happily married to Dave and has adult step-children and a grandson, Mason, that she dotes on. Her and her husband enjoy camping and spending their spare time with family and friends around a campfire, around the TV watching UFC, or simply grilling and hanging out. She is also a dog mom and spoils her pupper, Finley, almost as much as she spoils her grandson. |
