This position primarily entails answering phones and email correspondence, managing the practitioners’ daily schedules, checking patients in and out of appointments, entering patient information into our secure database, organizing and preparing patient charts, checking insurance benefits and preparing patient estimates, requesting insurance authorizations and other miscellaneous tasks.
We are seeking a motivated individual with effective multitasking capability, ability to prioritize, and the willingness to learn. Excellent customer service skills and positive demeanor are a must. We are willing to train the right candidate, regardless of applicable experience. Skills:
Great attitude and customer service
Strong computer competency; Microsoft Office & Google Suite
Must have impeccable time management, organization, documentation, and communication skills
Fluency in Spanish highly desired
